Health Checks
All
new patients, aged 5 years and over, are invited to have a health check
within three months of joining the practice. You will also be asked to
complete
a questionnaire. This gives us the opportunity to meet you and ascertain your
medical history as it may take some time before your medical records
arrive
from your previous practice.
Please
bring your medical card and any other health related documents to your
first appointment.
Visitors
Visitors
to the area may attend the surgery as a temporary resident. Therefore
if you have friends or relatives staying with you or a child home from
boarding school or university, you can arrange an appointment for them
in the usual way.
