Parking
There
is a car park in front of the surgery for use by patients while visiting
the surgery.
Disabled Access
There
is a disabled parking space by the entrance and a low ramp leads
to
the entrance door for easy access. A wheelchair is available on request
for
patients with mobility problems. Disabled toilet facilities are available.
Local
organisations can offer assistance - for example, Tavistock Area Support
Services which will provide transport for the frail and elderly to and
from the surgery. Please be aware that you must give at least one weeks
notice and there is a small charge for this service. Contact 01822 616958
for more information. Alternatively, our receptionists will be happy
to telephone for a taxi to take you home following your appointment.
